Low Cal Sal

This is a great low calorie salad - but still delish and easy to embellish:

- Mixed Greens
- Whatever Vegetables on hand
- 1/2 Diced apple

Dressing:
1t hummus
splash of water
*optional: (fresh lemon juice, spices)

Toppings: (optional)
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
walnuts/seeds

YUMMMMMM!!!!
