I'm a mom. A busy mom. My kids are 7, 5, 3, and 1... I'm also a cook. I love to cook... this blog is where I quickly post recipes that I've made up that I don't want to forget...
I used to have a video blog (vlog) called PeekabooMom where I showed how to make favorite recipes, but I got too busy to maintain it when my fourth came along... You can still see some recipes here.

I love being a Mom. Yes, it's hard work. It's actually the hardest job I've ever had; and by far the most rewarding. Each day I laugh, am in awe, smile, endure tantrums, respond to the statement, "It's not fair," and vow to be the best Mom I can be. Each night before I go to bed, I peak in, fix blankets, give kisses, and thank god for these beautiful angels.
In my prior life, I worked in Consulting at various companies and in Sales and Marketing for Google. I produced a Vlog and e-newsletter called Peekaboomom.com which doled out recipes and parenting tips. I studied Psychology at Yale and served on several non-profit boards including Rbabyfoundation and HarlemRBI. I am the Co-chair of the Clergy Appreciation Committee for the Christian Mother's Group at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church. I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for 11 Years and currently live in Charlotte, NC.
